Seattle Department of Neighborhoods, Seattle Public Utilities, and Seattle Parks and Recreation kicked off Show Up, Seattle! Day of Service volunteer registration. City leaders announced this year’s citywide volunteer event and called on organizations, neighborhood groups, schools, faith communities, businesses, and residents to host volunteer projects across Seattle.

Now in its fifth year, Show Up, Seattle! Day of Service brings thousands of volunteers together for one day of service to strengthen neighborhoods, build community, and give back to the city we all share. This year’s event takes place on Saturday, September 26, 2026. The Department of Neighborhoods is inviting volunteers to register, roll up their sleeves, and serve alongside their communities across Seattle.
