Kittens took over Seattle City Hall for the Seattle Animal Shelter’s annual Kitty Hall adoption event. Nearly 40 kittens — plus two senior cats — were looking for new families, drawing a line of eager adopters through the City Hall lobby. With so many irresistible faces in one place, the race was on to see who would find their forever homes. Video by Ian Devier
