Before creating arts programming for the Seattle Channel, Nancy spent 10 years as a writer/performer/producer on KING TV's late night comedy show, Almost Live!. Nancy enjoys morning coffee, daily walks, dinner with friends, hang time with husband Joe, and hitting the local art scene as much as she possibly can.

The Gage Academy of Art, Seattle's successful cultural petri dish, is celebrating 25 years. Director Sheila Hughes reveals the art school's anniversary plans to paint the city. Host Nancy Guppy goes to class with teaching artists Kimberly Trowbridge and Mark Magrath. Two wildly talented and witty women share the show: actress Cheyenne Casebier channels her passion for comedy in her new role in "The Comparables" at Seattle Rep, and chanteuse Lady Rizo steps out of the Teatro ZinZanni tent and into a Gage classroom for an unforgettable performance.
