Mayor Ed Murray signs multiple ordinances and resolutions. Legislation signed includes strengthening Seattle's wage theft laws, designating the Seattle P-I Globe as a historic landmark, and creating a new arts and cultural district in the Central Area. He also signs legislation in support of Seattle's Muslim community, the City of Seattle's participation in the Chamber of Commerce's 100% Talent initiative, and the City's support of the 2016 Seattle Public Schools levy.
