The undocumented group works to help free and stop deportations of undocumented detainees and others at the Northwest Detention Center (NWDC) in Tacoma. Villalpando discusses the ongoing hunger strike at the detention facility, her group's efforts to humanize the incarcerated and local organizing efforts to support undocumented immigrants.
