Legendary avant/punk/orchestral New York composer Glenn Branca brings his "Symphony No.13 (Hallucination City)" to Seattle for the Seattle Arts Museum's 75th Anniversary event.  In mounting this piece he seeks out as many as 100 guitarists to volunteer as musicians.  The Seattle Channel acts as fly on the wall to capture the rehearsals leading up to the performance.
