CityStream segments

The City of Seattle and University of Washington are teaming up to be part of the White House's new Smart Cities Initiative. The project includes a Metro Lab Network that partners research university with cities. As Producer Jeff Gentes tells us, the goal is to tap into expertise and knowledge of UW researchers on a variety of issues and marry that with the day to day challenges of running a city.
