CityStream visits Nepantla Cultural Arts Gallery, a White Center space rooted in Chicana/o and Latinx artistic traditions. Co-owners Jake Prendez and Judy Avitia Gonzalez have built the gallery around intentional choices, from the neighborhood they call home to the artists and communities they work to uplift.
