The fleet once comprised dozens of ships, but now the Virginia V is the only wooden steamer from that era still in operation. And as she prepares to turn 100, the steamship is undergoing a major renovation! Work on the vessel is being done at a storied shipyard with a sign collection that celebrates Ballard's past.
