A vote on new Seattle Public Schools levies
City Inside/Out: Seattle School Levies

On the Feb. 9 ballot, Seattle voters will have the opportunity to vote on two Seattle Public Schools levies - an operations levy and a capital levy. Together the two levies would raise $1.2 billion. What will Propositions 1 and 2 pay for? Will voters agree on the list of priorities? Will the state's inability to come up with adequate education funding affect the vote?

On the show:
Randy Dorn, State Superintendent of Public Instruction
Nick Esparza, Opponent, Propositions 1 & 2
Cassandra Johnston, President, Seattle Council PTSA
Kim McCormick, Seattle Parent
Greg Wong, President, Schools First
