Should landlords be able to evict their tenants without providing a reason? Seattle, Burien and Federal Way already have "good cause" laws to protect renters, and lawmakers are considering expanding these rights statewide. Seattle is also considering a wintertime eviction ban, but property owners argue it would be unconstitutional and would create hardship for both landlords and tenants. We hear from both sides.
