The Black Education Strategy Roundtable Conference hosts Dr. Wanda Billingsly and Dr. James Smith for a discussion on the work of the Educational Opportunity Gap Oversight and Accountability Committee (EOGOAC). Using a multidisciplinary approach, the EOGOAC makes policy recommendations for closing opportunity gaps in Washington public schools.
