Rachel Lauter, executive director of Working Washington, a workers-rights advocacy group behind successful efforts such as raising the local minimum wage, shares lobbying tips. On the flip side, Seattle City Councilmember Teresa Mosqueda reflects on how citizen lobbying can influence public policy and what led her to sponsor a Domestic Workers Bill of Rights.
