Community organizing is often not as flashy or exciting as other forms of civic engagement, but "frame the fight" effectively and you'll increase your odds. Successful organizers know how to attract and mobilize people within the circle of opportunity. Eric lays out the steps, including the importance of belief, breaking big tasks into small goals and being sure to celebrate successes.
