Mayor Jenny A. Durkan holds a press conference to answer questions from the media about the new independent evaluation of the Seattle Preschool Program (SPP). The new evaluation was conducted by National Institute for Early Education Research at Rutgers University and Cultivate Learning, at the University of Washington to examine classroom quality and children's learning of the third year of the Seattle Preschool Program.
