King County Executive Dow Constantine and Mayor Jenny A. Durkan sign a new partnership agreement to strengthen the City and County's partnership on homelessness and begin developing recommendations for a new governance structure. This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is a direct result of City and County collaboration on the One Table initiative and will focus on improving outcomes and strengthening equity, coordination, and accountability for people who are experiencing homelessness in our region.
