Mayor Ed Murray and directors of city departments talk about what makes Seattle livable and discuss the city's Housing Affordability and Livability Agenda (HALA), which addresses housing affordability as well as the city's livability, including education, arts, transportation, civil rights, public spaces and more. City directors outline how their departments would contribute to the livability agenda. The program, held at the Museum of History and Industry, was followed by an audience Q&A with the mayor.
