6/28/202349:43

Mayor Bruce Harrell is joined by civic, business, and community leaders to share the details of his Downtown Activation Plan – a roadmap to revitalize and transform Downtown Seattle.

The Downtown Activation Plan (DAP) builds on early actions previously announced earlier this year, and further outlines legislative, regulatory, and programmatic efforts the city will pursue to foster a more vibrant, inclusive and resilient hub for residents, workers and visitors. The Downtown Activation Plan encompasses three timelines: Bold Actions – initiatives that are underway or starting soon; Near-term Initiatives – efforts to drive progress over the next three years, and Space Needle Thinking – visionary long-term possibilities for the future.

Speakers and attendees include:

Mayor Bruce Harrell, City of Seattle

Markham McIntyre, Director, Office of Economic Development

Katrina Caron, Senior Early Learning Director, Northwest Center Kids

Armando Garzon, Founder of Kolors Studios, a creative collective and media production company based in Pioneer Square

Laron Daniels, Co-Owner, Self-Made Couture
