On Wednesday, Julie Dingley was sworn in as director of Seattle’s City Budget Office. Dingley came to the City of Seattle's City Budget Office after years of serving in the federal Office of Management and Budget. She most recently served as interim director of Innovation and Performance for the City of Seattle and was a leader in shaping the Seattle Rescue Plan.
