Seattle Mayor Bruce Harrell is joined by Seattle City Councilmember Lisa Herbold and Interim Chief of Police Adrian Diaz to address the Seattle Police Department's use of ruses. Mayor Harrell also announces that he will issue an Executive Order to extend Seattle's residential eviction moratorium and small business and non-profit commercial tenant eviction moratorium for an additional 30 days until February 14.
