America's unofficial calendar has designated days for cupcakes, doughnuts and ice cream. Citizen University TV Host Eric Liu suggests a day for neighborliness might be in order. Liu dissects a dimension of civics close to everyone-the power of neighbors. Surprisingly, he says asking for help is one way to be a good neighbor. His other suggested practices to build community power include questions to help you examine the notion of your personal civics.
