Seattle Channel Video

Seattle City Light is racing to build a bridge at a remote area near the Skagit Hydroelectric project. The bridge will keep a road to a vital communications tower open in bad weather. City Light, as well as the Whatcom County Sheriff and National Park Service, rely on this tower year round.
