Rainier Beach High School hosts a special event titled, "Tour of Champions". The event highlights a partnership with Microsoft`s technology programs that will be implemented next year: CISCO/Microsoft Information Technology Skills Center and TEALS (Technology Education and Literacy in Schools). RBHS Coach Mike Bethea and the basketball program were selected as one of the top 10 schools (only one in Washington) out of 20,000 high schools in the country to receive a National Award sponsored by Maxprep.com and the Army National Guard.
