Mayor`s Media Availability: Seattle Children`s Grant to Puget Sound Bike Share

Former Mayor Mike McGinn joined officials from Seattle Children`s Hospital to announce a $500,000 grant to Puget Sound Bike Share. The grant will provide adult helmets at future bike-share stations in the Seattle area. Seattle Children`s is the first major Seattle-area employer to invest in the program, which has received $1.75 million in state and federal grants.
