Should Seattle's highest-grossing companies pay a new employee tax to help solve the city's homeless crisis? The City Council is considering an employee-hours tax on businesses that gross more than $5 million a year. The tax would raise up to $24 million annually for homeless services. We hear from all sides on this controversial proposal.
