Today, the tradition lives on as generation after generation perfect skills that stress speed, agility and timing. The commitment comes through loud and clear when you hear people hit the mat. But don't expect a gym with fancy frills like serving coconut water. Not much has changed here in decades. And that's just the way they like it.
