Seattle's historic Yesler Terrace neighborhood has seen plenty of change. Once the first racially integrated public housing project in the country, it's now undergoing a complete facelift. The acres of low-rise apartments are morphing into a mixed-income community with mid-rises and retail development. Long-timers fear the neighborhood will lose its culture and character.
