A community conversation about mental health and substance abuse addressing key legislative priorities for the upcoming year, as well as recent innovations and outcomes in behavioral healthcare in King County. Community members in recovery from mental illness and substance abuse share their compelling stories, and state and federal legislators as well as county council members share their views and priorities. This annual public forum explores current issues in mental health and substance abuse from both personal and civic perspectives.
