Enjoy scenes from "Kitty Hall," when 18 kittens took over Seattle City Hall for a third consecutive year on Aug. 25, 2016. The annual Kitty Hall event showcases Seattle Animal Shelter's adoptable kittens and highlights the benefits of cat ownership. This year's event featured the return of the kitten tent, in which the public was invited to play with and cuddle with the kittens. New this year, Seattle Animal Shelter staff processed on-site adoptions and launched the "Kitty Council" - three adoptable adult cats campaigning to be the "Kitty Council president."
