New citizen-run and somewhat quirky radio stations are hitting Seattle airwaves. In 2011, a law set aside space on the FM dial for neighborhood stations that could broadcast up to 10 miles. But, it's "use it or lose it," and thousands of people across Seattle are working to get stations on the air...or lose their spot on the dial.
