Technology is at the heart of a new partnership between the City of Seattle and University of Washington to develop "smart city" solutions by tapping data to tackle tough issues. The collaboration is part of a new White House initiative which pairs UW researchers and engineers with city employees. Plus, we tag along with the city's graffiti detective who is going high tech to stamp out an old-school problem.
