This summer marks the second anniversary of the passage of Seattle's job assistance bill, and a lot of workers say there's plenty to celebrate. The city law helps people with previous criminal records get jobs and integrate back into our communities. As Brian Callanan tells us, it's a complex and sometimes challenging issue. But as Pioneer Human Services has discovered, helping people who need a second chance provides a boost to all of us.
