This month Lowell Deo takes another look at Seattle's Central District and focuses on Powell Barnett Park, brought back to life by the granddaughter of the man who created it. Washington Middle school welcomes South Africa's Archbishop Desmond Tutu at the beginning of their "Worlds Apart-Hearts Together" cultural awareness program, designed to introduce students to others around the world.
