David Rolf first joined the staff of SEIU in Atlanta Georgia in 1991. Prior to his arrival in Washington in 2000, David led the SEIU Los Angeles home care organizing campaign from 1995-1999. SEIU (Service Employees International Union) Local 775 is a workers union with a mission is to unite the strength of all Long-term Care workers, to improve the lives of working people and lead the way to a more just and humane world
