Have you ever heard of something called the Urban Indian Relocation Program? Most people haven`t. It was a federal program started in the 50`s to move native Americans from reservations to cities where jobs were supposedly more plentiful. But the impact of relocating nearly 750 thousand tribal people to urban areas is still being felt today. Thankfully there is the Chief Seattle Club that serves only this unique group of Americans.
