Community Videos

A panel discussion on minority issues in Seattle. Participants include Ms. Estela Ortega, Executive Director of El Centro de la Raza and 2009 recipient of Seattle's Latino Heritage award as well as Mr. Alan Lai, Crime Victim Service Director for the Chinese Information and Service Center. Ms. Otega and Mr. Lai will discuss their work and the specific challenges in serving minority communities in Seattle.
