In the auditorium-packed event, “Rise of the Governors: Navigating Contrasts, Chaos, and the Constitution,” Seattle University lecturer Joni Balter and student and Master of Public Administration candidate Andres Recart engage with the governor and former state attorney general on a number of topics including his approach to the budget problems, what makes up a constitutional crisis, and what to do about the state ferry fleet.
