Two studies commissioned by Seattle City Light in 2016 and 2021 explored opportunities and challenges for women and people of color considering careers in trades central to clean energy deployment. This session will explore study findings and offer fresh approaches to widen avenues of access as decarbonization continues in the City and the region.

Roz Jenkins integrates experience in public policy, performance management, supplier inclusion, and workforce development to her latest role as Service Equity Program Manager for Seattle City Light, where she has served since June 9, 2021.
