The 9th Annual State of Africatown features presentations on the dynamic work happening in the African American community and the path forward in 2022 and beyond. The event includes the induction of Elders of Distinction, a youth showcase, the annual State of Africatown address, and an address from Seattle's newly-elected Mayor Bruce Harrell.
