Warm-up and join Anna Banana Freeze from the Massive Monkees crew in the 4th and final video of her Beginning Breaking series to explore Freeze variations at a variety of levels - standing, mid-level, and on the floor. Experiment with facial expressions and bring in your personal choice and style. Finally, at the end of this lesson, string all the basic moves together into a dance combo! This lesson is great for learners of all ages, particularly youth grades K-5.
