Our cell phones are invaluable, but they also make us vulnerable to crime. Five billion robocalls are ringing phones each month in this country, and criminals have become increasingly crafty in their approach. And it's not just senior citizens who are targeted. Young people and financially savvy professionals are also being enticed by fake calls offering to fix computer viruses or make bad investments.
