The KD Hall Foundation focuses on the future generation of women leaders with their second annual Girls on the Rise conference. The event provides girls with an uplifting experience to prepare them for life, leadership opportunities, and to provide the tools to develop the confidence and composure to lead personally and professionally. This video includes keynote addresses by Seattle Fire Department Battalion Chief Debra Sutey and Seattle Police Department Field Training Coordinator Andrea Herrera.
