Following an 8-0 vote by Seattle City Council to approve her Families, Education, Preschool, and Promise Implementation and Evaluation Plan, Mayor Jenny A. Durkan signs the plan into law as well as partnership agreements with Seattle Colleges and Seattle Public Schools.
