This session is an opportunity to learn from leaders as they share their stories and challenge systems. Dr. Fariba Alamdari, Vice President, Boeing Global Learning Institute, will share her experiences as a leader in her field. She will be followed by a moderated panel discussion of what it means to lead as a woman, bringing your whole self to work, and what we can do to create a supportive and inclusive culture.
