POLL: Will the city be able to manage the traffic crunch expected in the next three years?

Seattle's traffic problems are about to go into overdrive as major construction projects start up and the Alaskan Way Viaduct comes down. Are we prepared to navigate the "period of maximum constraint" on traffic? With the Move Seattle levy facing major funding shortfalls, will the city be able to make good on its promises? Bike advocates, safe-streets and transit activists and city leaders weigh in.
