12/4/20181:32:19

The legacy of redlining, restrictive covenants and zoning still impacts racial equity, access to opportunity and wealth creation in Seattle and across the region. This is part of the Office of Planning and Community Development (OPCD) "Urban Innovations Speakers Series."
Guest speakers include:
Richard Rothstein - Author of "Color of Law"
Morgan Tracy - Residential Infill Project, Portland
Paula Huber - Making Room Housing Project, Vancouver BC
Jamie Stroble - Seattle Planning Commission
Moderated by Mike Rosenberg, Seattle Times
