Chic Street Man In Concert at INITMAN 3/2/2007 Seen on the Intiman stage in Native Son, for which he performs his original score live during each performance, Chic Street Man plays his signature acoustic bluesy ballads, funky rhythms and jazzy upbeat original in a special concert performance. Locally, Chic Street Man has appeared at Seattle Repertory Theatre in Spunk (for which he wrote the music), It Ain't Nothin' but the Blues (which he helped develop) and, most recently, August Wilson's Ma Rainey's Black Bottom, in which he played the role of "Slow Drag." He has also performed in numerous productions across the country, many of which he wrote. |

Intiman Theatre Presents: Megan Cole 8/7/2006 Actress Megan Cole first worked with the Intiman as a member of the acting company in the 1970's and is now appearing in Richard III. She created the role of Dr. Vivian Bearing in the world premiere of Wit at the South Coast Repertory, and has subsequently played the role in three other productions, including one at the Seattle Rep. |

Black Nativity 11/3/2005 Featuring an on-stage band and electrifying modern dancers, Black Nativity is a hand-clapping, roof-raising musical celebration for audiences of all ages and faiths. Directed by Jacqueline Moscou and choreographed by Kabby Mitchell III, with musical performances led by Seattle's own "Gospel Queen," Pastor Patrinell Wright; resonant observations on our world by the Reverend Dr. Samuel B. McKinney, pastor emeritus of the Mount Zion Baptist Church; and the beautiful poetry of Langston Hughes.
