Mayor Murray hosted a media availability to discuss the City's ongoing actions to address homelessness. Following his televised address on homelessness January 26,  he again stressed the need for assistance from state and federal partners as well as the need for community engagement to address this crisis. He was joined by Police Chief Kathleen O'Toole and Fire Chief Harold Scoggins to provide an update on the January 26 shooting at the Seattle homeless encampment known as The Jungle.
