Overconfidence and apathy sidelined 109 million eligible voters in 2016. Now, UW professor David Domke is on a mission to prevent that from happening again. His group, Common Power, has mobilized volunteers across the U.S. to help people register and vote! The power of community also has neighbor helping neighbor with the goal of repairing household items rather than replacing them. And, as Veterans Day nears, century-old lessons from the Great War still apply today. Host Dennis Bounds has these stories from King County Elections headquarters.
