Mayor Jenny A. Durkan is joined by community members, elected officials and local students as she does a ceremonial signing of her legislation, ORCA Opportunity. Beginning this school year, the program will provide free ORCA passes to all Seattle Public School high school students as well as Seattle Promise scholars by partnering with Seattle Public Schools, King County Metro, Seattle Colleges and the Seattle Department of Transportation.
